You don't have to be number one to make to the part two stage you just have to make money! The video sales DVD cable deals all will count in the end and they will probably let part 2 be made! But wait he's an indy so you say then why not just do it! Kevin Smith will do it if he wants because he is somewhat of a cult icon and they can make it back in later mediums! It may not be in theaters but it could be a vid for sale or rent or on cable either way he makes money and either way the decision is left up to him!
