My bf and I noticed the same thing...we also saw the movie at the sneak preview and then again on opening night, and the scene was gone. We had both asked several people who said it was in their movie so we just figured it was because we saw it at a different theater the second time. I have no idea why they would cut that...it doesn't make much sense when you watch the film without it. Can't really figure out the reasoning on cutting it...
