The Dogma DVD which first came out was bare bones because Lions Gate wanted a DVD out right away along with the VHS release...their logic being most people just want the DVD for the movie. Even so, it was originally gonna be the bad ass Special Edition one anyway...but they didnt have enough time to finish it for that release. AND, when this became apparent, everyone was told that the big DVD would come out later.
No one was jerked around.
