hello everyone. im one of the older guys from back around early 97, when i used to post alot...ALOT. however, when the board became more popular, i found myself becoming more and more a lurker, as my online pals slowly faded away.
however, i pop up every few months with a post or 2, and i certainly wanted to come out of hiding for a minute and chime in.

ive been a fan since i saw 'clerks' 2 times in the theatre. like many people here, i own all the comics, all the movies...i saw 'amy' 13 times and 'dogma' 7 in the theatre.
so far ive seen JASBSB 5 times, and i laugh almost as much now as i did the first time. theres a few things id have liked to seen that arent in the movie, sure, but this was a VERY funny and VERY fitting closing chapter to the movies and the universe ive spent the last 6 or 7 years a part of. im sad to see it all go away, but im looking forward to anything and everything that has your name on it in the future. especially since you said it will be more like 'amy' which, even though i love each and every one of yer flicks, has to be my favorite.
as far as the signed poster deal, very cool. its not shilling. or, if it is, it isnt any diff'rent than the shamless shilling many of the other movies participate in. at least this way its a direct gift to the hardcore fans. i just now heard about it, but i saw it twice on friday and saturday (twice) anyways, so i didnt need to worry. ill be mailing off my stubs tomorrow.
thanks again kev, and everyone involded in viewaskew (vincent,scott in particular)you deserve the #1 movie. you deserve a huge, huge opening weekend. im keeping my fingers crossed you get it man. ill keep helping out in every small way i can, starting with viewing number 6 tonight...
