While I consider myself a pathetic fanboy... I'd like to post a simple observation: You can love a director's work, admire their previous efforts, and still dislike one of their films without ragging on the director's entire vision or calling them a sell-out. And don't tell me that kind of crap is the voice of a passionate film-fan... I'm a HUGE film fanatic, and there have been films I didn't like, but I didn't feel the need to disparage the director's talent or general world perspective. I think that's the behavior of an unchallengend, undeveloped mind, and exactly the kind of thing Kev attacked (through satire) in JASBSB.
