I'm pretty sure it actually was Daredevil. I know there is a Daredevil movie coming out, or that he is in Spider-Man or something. I know he's in something coming out soon. But the film he is in is being produced by Miramax, so maybe Kevin Smith saw the suit, and figured it'd be kewl.
