No smart ass remarks here. I just saw J&SBSB (too lazy to write that whole title out!) and LOVED it. What? You heard me all you whiny, so-called 'fans'. J&SBsb is the greatest ending to a series (or dare I use the word...FRANCHISE?) EVER. Period. I never understood why, if you like any of Kevin's movies, could you not like his other films? I don't care what anyone says...including Mr. Smith...every flick from Clerks to J&SBSB made me laugh my ass off. At one point, when I worked at a video store, I rented Mallrats almost on a daily basis and actually watched it on a daily basis (I believe my record was 2 weeks straight).

Every movie has it's own style and if you can't see and appreciate that, then put down the DVD remote, go buy some metamucil and tell your children to pull the plug if they can't wake you up. There is no reason to complain if you are a true fan of this series. I mean, what is all the bitchin' about? Is it about the continuity problems? Well whoopedee fuckin' doo--have you ever tried to make sense of the DC comics continuity? Or those god-awful Tom Clancy flicks? Even Back To The Future had holes in it's story! Yes, even *gasp* Star Trek has continuity problems. Besides, if you're not the genius who wrote it, maybe you should shut-up. What's the other complaint? Mallrats? Kevin's worst flick? You know, the first time I saw this and knew nothing about it (I had not seen Clerks the first time I saw Mallrats), I immediately recognized Kevin's homage to the 80's "teens in trouble" comedies. This is why I fell in love w/ Mallrats. If you didn't 'get it' from the start, then you should have returned it and rented..ohh..let's say "NAVY SEALS!".
(Which, I believe is, on DVD now for all you...uh..Charli--Charles Sheen fans). And the cartoon is the friggin' best.

Is the last of Jay and Silent Bob? Somehow I doubt it...but at least Mr Smith is 'closing the book' for a while. Which, as a fan, I do appreciate because how much farther can these characters go? I will miss them, but at least there are 5 movies and 1 cartoon to watch over and over and over again. I look forward to what Kevin has coming next.

Hey Kevin! If you need some help with that door to door ass kicking, I'll drive!
