Uh, you're flat out wrong. It's no different with comic books. Just because it's out doesn't mean you can stop using "spoilers" in subject lines. There are people who haven't seen the movie yet and it's only been out for three days.
Standard etiquette usually suggests at least 2-3 weeks of using "spoilers" following the release.
