IMDb categorizes the movies, people just vote on what they thought of the movie, not how funny it was. I mean, Toy Story 2 is number 8 on the 50 best comedies? No, a lot of people just liked it and ranked how good it was on a scale of one to ten. IMDb dubbed it in the comedy genre, hence it's high up there in terms of the funny.
But we know otherwise, right?
