I've had to stage "Getting To Know the View Askewniverse" get-togethers for people who have never seen a Kevin Smith film (God help them). With the exception of two VA virgins, most of my friends have finally seen all of his films. Needless to say, they loved JSBSB because they were in on all of the jokes. JSBSB has sparked the interest of people who didn't even know a thing about VA - and now they're hooked. Nice, huh?
