So I saw JASBSB and I laughed. I liked the movie. I brought friends. I did my part for the movie. I'll be seeing the movie again, because it was funny and the Matt Damon/Affleck scene almost made me fall off the chair. But I was wondering something. Because something felt missing from the film. It was Weezer. The band. They didn't have a song in it! Weezer, the same band that sang the orangutang song from Mallrats - Suzanne! Suzanne, the monkey's namesake. Now, I'm a big Kev fan, and I'm a big Weezer fan, and... despite my problems with Mallrats, I'll still watch it over and over because it has my two favorite entertainment things in the world in it. And this movie, I loved, but was missing... the flavor of Weezer. Instead we get Afroman... which almost balances out. I just wanted to say... I miss the Weez.
