Call me slow, but I didn't get the "greedo shot first" either. Before you put me on the little bus, explain the line.

I also had the same kind of reaction when I went this afternoon. The people weren't very excited. A lot of new comers. The sneak was really great becuase you knew most of those people were die hards.

I was the only one that stayed to see the very end (I missed it the first time). Sad ending. :-(

: this was my second time seeing the flick (although i guess i'm not eligible for the signed poster since my first viewing was at the sneak).
: i was slightly disappointed at the turnout for the show, although since it was at an odd time (8:50) that might have had something to do with it. most people are used to the 7'ish and 9'ish shows. i'd say the theater was about 2/3 full though. the crowd wasn't as good with the reactions as the crowd at the sneak. less die-hard fans at this showing for sure. the biggest crowd reaction came when Silent Bob spoke for the first time, yelling at Jay about the sign on the car. the laughs from the crowd were consistent throughout the movie, but you could tell people weren't picking up on some of the references to other flicks. i didn't hear one person even chuckle at the "greedo shot first" line. a SLOW crowd to be sure.
: the only problem i had tonight was with the Loews folks. As soon as the credits started rolling with Afroman, they turned on the main lights and started sweeping up the floors. BAD FORM. VERY bad form. there were about 20 or so real fans there watching all the credits, and of course, waiting to see That Girl, so it was very disappointing. I don't know how it is at other theaters out there, but i've had more than a few bad experiences at this one. I might have to start going elsewhere.
: to end on a positive note, i can honestly say that i enjoyed the flick the second as much , if not more, than the first time. i was able to pick up on other little details the second time around, which was nice. lastly, i must say, Kev, those jabs at Bounce-boy about the dead hooker and some of his lesser acting roles were priceless. kudos, my friend.
