This was a quote from a customer review at Amazon.com (which rates four and a half stars out of five) who gave the film one star. Now, I couldn't care less that this person didn't like the film, but wasn't Shaggy smoking pot insinuated to begin with, in the cartoons? He has the munchies non-stop, he's skinny, he and Scooby are the only ones who see the ghosts and whatnot. As for Velma, well, all I can say is that I've heard silly little discussions like that before J&SBSB was written. I don't want to see Kevin getting slammed for something like that.
