I'd have to agree entirely.... I'd rank it below the others. It was a funny film, but it just didn't grab me like Kevin's other work. Then again, "Dogma" didn't grab me at first either, but I love it now.
But "Clerks," "Mallrats," and "Chasing Amy" will always be the holy triumverate for me. I can't pick which one is better.
1) Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy (tie)
2) Clerks: TAS
3) Dogma
4) J&SBSB
