Well, I think the movie very much reminded me of Scary Movie. It had a completely random story that I could never really get into. The whole diamond robbery thing didn't interest me. And some of the best parts that I saw on the trailers were not in it. Like John Stuart and his line, "and we would like to stress with the people at home that the clit is not something to be played with" or something like that! That was the funniest part of the net trailers! I also think that the dialogue was not quite as developed as in Clerks. But I guess it is a different type of movie... A teen summer comedy... Like American Pie 2, shutters.... I rank the movies in this order Clerks, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Mallrats.
