First off: I don't think Bankey is gay, or at least that's what i got from his coment to Will Ferrel (sp?) He's simply friends with Hooper because the Holden and Alyssa thing taught him to not be sutch a homaphobe.
A. Holden has changed over the years, he's a diffrent guy now. THe joke he old at the door was evadence of that (and eveidence he had a GREAT memory)
B. More like 2 thirds
1: DOGMA was part of it, but everyone's memory of it was whiped clean with the exception onf Jay and Bob, notice Jay said God "Herself"
2: My guess is around eairly next year, for a fully-packed DVD, but maybe Kev will have a normal version like he did with DOGMA
