I just sat through 2 screenings in a row of the movie.... All I have to say is that was the best movie of the year. Hands down. I almost shed a tear as Jay and Silent Bob were on the screen for the last time.
What was really funny wasn't even part of the movie.
I was the first in the theatre, and a few couples were coming in. All of a sudden, 2 old ladies (over 55) walk in. I almost went up to them before the movie and asked if they were in the right theatre. Then, an elderly couple came in a few minutes later. Aside from thinking that maybe Kevin was doing a huge Senior Citizens home Ad campaign, I wondered what was drawing these people in. I almost peed myself when about 10 minutes into the flick, where Jay and Silent Bob are talking to Holden about the internet, BOTH of the elderly couples left. I mean, it was hilarious. They put up with Jay's rap, then left at the poopshoot.....
All in all, Kevin, you are a genius, and I wish you much luck in whatever you do...
