I have just returned from seeing Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
It was a fun trip down memory lane, From Dante to God. The overwhelming number of return characters was a touching sendoff for Jay and Bob. Knowing it is now over, I am already nostalgic for the days when Holden was dating a lesbian, Brodie was living in his parent's basement, and O'halloran played the first of many Hicks. Granted, we (the fans) have the memories on DVD, but I am coming to grips with saying goodbye to Jay and Bob. In the end, they were given a classy sendoff - an excellent piece of writing and cinematography from one who must love the characters more than we.
