I didn't get that from the movie at all. You could take Chris Rock's character and say that it hated white's as well, if you were so inclined.
Did it poke fun? Sure. Did it say "Gayness is wrong?" nope. There have always been gay jokes in the series. There's been fat jokes as well. Black jokes, lesbo jokes...you name it.
I'm sorry if it offended you or turned you off of the movie in some way. Maybe it should be looked at as a comedy...
