anyone order other merchandise along with a better place dvd? i was curious if the dvd was shipped seperately or together with other stuff, because i got the other merch but not the dvd. i know the dvds were sent out recently but it seemed wierd that i got the other merch but not the dvd yet when i did the 'mail all at once' anyway thanks if anyone answers this!
