Kind of Sad

I've been enjoying Kev's movies since the beginning and now the Askewniverse is coming to a motion picture end. The thought of no new Askew pic's in the theatre is a bit of a bummer. I still remember the first time I saw "Clerks" and "Mallrats" on the big-screen back home in Charleston, SC. Almost nobody present, but those that were got quite a treat. The dialog in kev's movies and the "off the cuff" acting style keep us coming back for more. My wife and I watch "Mallrats" and "Clerks:Uncensored" monthly (since I got the toon), and take every opportunity to share our little world of Jerseyites with all who listen. Spreading the words of Smith and the gang (hey Vince and Scott) we haven't had anyone say "Man, that really blows." I now find the end is near, and feel a sort of sadness, a sense of loss if you will. To have Jay and Silent Bob bid adieu at the top of their game is a plus, but to have it happen at all is like losing a family member you really like, but can only see in old photo albums. Thankfully Kevin and Co. will continue to make top-notch movies and keep us all enetrtained. I look forward to the next Kevin Smith film, may it be intelligent, comical, timely, and include at least one fart or dick joke. Thanks Askewniverse denizens for all the yuks and the excellent stories. Good Luck to you all in Red bank and in Hollywood. God Bless You All, and keep up the GREAT work Kevin.

Jamison B.

The Dogma Special Edition is great. Keep Affleck around, he needs to be grounded. (Did you see Pearl Harbour?)
