I personally would love to see Jay and Silent Bob limping along in vague (not to say old) parodies of themselves, while Kevin is reduced to a nervous wreck trying to wring yet more laughs out of the phrase "Nootch!". It would be fabulous to go and see their films out of duty, and leave feeling disappointed at the wretched over-familiarity of all the gags.
Sadly, I'm only ever going to have the five films where they were fresh and funny. Still, you can't have everything.
