I just downloaded the second TV spot for JaSBSB and and it had those hookers in it...I don't see why they'd use it for the TV Spot and not the film as people would be expecting it (although it is a good idea to use cut footage as advertising (if possible) as people can see the kind of humour and have none of the film ruined).
