Hi, I am new to this board... but I've been a Kevin Smith movies fan for a long time.
I saw this movie last night, at the Sneak Previews.
The movie is so Hiliarious! I've seen Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Chasing Amy...about all of KS's movies. I've to say this one "Jay & Silent Bob Strikes back" may not be the smarted ever made, but sure is the funnist from Kevin Smith.
Yeah, American Pie 2 maybe still the box king this weekend, I guess, but a lot dumbass dudes & geeks in American Pie 2 are in this Jay & Silient Bob movie too. Like Jim/Jason Biggs... Nadia/Shannon Elizabeth and Stifler/(Sean William Scott?) ... dude, if these people can see that kind of movie, they SURE can see this movie.
About everyone from the other movies are cameos, minor casts in this movie.
It's a madness celebrity party kind of movie. Cool!
Like Ben Affleck, Matt Dameon, Shannon Doherty, Joey Lauren Adams, Jason Lee, Chris Rock.... it was so funny...that these people shows up in all the Kevin's movies. Great Loyality going there, man! Man, some of these guys are too cool, I want to get to know them myself.
Also, are people new like the three hot girl gangs, or Jay would call it . We already kinda talked about Shannon Elizabeth... boy, Jay sure wants her BAD in this one!!! Having sexual daydreams. And you will see...audiences are all like "Awwwww" anyways, the other three hot chics are ALi Carter and Eliza Dushku and Jennifer SMith (really new actress).... sexy , Drool.
Remember these babes had the black leather suit in the trailer for those haven't seen it? That scene, truly got some of the drooling in the theaters moaning....that was damn Funny, the audience laughed at these horny males.
And, at the beginning you'll hear the nonstop cussing-foulmouthing jay Rapping...that was too funny . You'll also find out HOW the did Jay learn how to cuss in the first place.
Man, Jason Mewes... he is great.
Oh yeah... The Star Wars stuff. The star wars people invited in this movie are Carrie Fisher & Mark Hamill (Jedis Luke & Leia)....and there are tons of funny Star wars references... just for that alone, all the Star Wars fans should go see it...it's so unbelievablly hiliarious, even JAY gets into the action too as a villian you've probably seen in The Phantom menace.
DO NOT MISS IT! Don't you miss it!
Alright, I am going to read other people's opinions on this movie now. I just like to say great job guys... people will this movie. It will crack people up just like myself.
I heard this one is the last Jay & SB movie... I mean, Dammit, comon, you can't give up now... it's so awesome!
