OK, interesting night. Went to dinner and a movie with a nice girl. I like her. Hopefully we'll go out again.
Neil said hello to me. I didn't get to really talk to him, because I was with said girl. To bad, seemed like a nice young man.
As for the movie, I laughed hard and often. Great fucking audience. I wrote all nice things on the comment card I was asked to fill out.
Highlights:
-The Good Will Hunting 2 stuff. This was by the fall the funniest stuff in the film. I was fucking on the floor. My date, who hadn't seen GWH in awhile, looked at me like I was insane.
-Biggs and Van Der Beek. James KILLED me. Being a regular viewerof Dawson's Creek made this even better. When I told my date I watched the show regularly, she looked at me like I was insane.
-I liked the little interlude with the monkeys attacking Dante and Randall.
-Tracy Morgan's section
-Jay's rap 2001
-The beatings
-The Affleck jokes worked well. The hooker one was the best
-Sean Scott. My God, he was REALLY good in one of the tougher cameos.
What I didn't like
-I wasn't on the wwwboard.
-The only "look to the audience" I thought didn't play was Will and Judd's. Other than that, this gag worked fine.
I'm not gonna complain. I loved it.I might get to see it again in 30 minutes, and I'd love to do that.
And I'll even pay again next week with a bunch of my friends.
Also, I got to see Vinnie on the big screen and The Others again. Pretty good night. Even if it only ended in a hug (People who watch Dawson's Creek at 22 have to wait an extra date for kisses).
