VA5 ROCKED ANUS!!! Pure, unadulterated genius, every scene, what wasnt ambrosia was nectar. I'm not one for riding someones dick, but christ on a stick, that was brilliant. Bring an extra pair or shorts, folks, the first 15 minutes alone will have you creamin in your jeans. I dont think I stopped laughing once, its such an exciting film. After a barrage of sucky summer flicks, I dont know what I would have done if Kevin didnt live up to my expectations. He didnt live up to them, no, he exceeded them. He reminded me why I decided to try to be a writer the first time when I first saw clerks 3 years ago. Unlike a certain director who sorely disappointed me, who shall go nameless, but his initials are Tim Burton.
The preview was akin to a rock show, the crowd was electric. I felt a oneness, a unity with the crowd, everyone except for that family of women that walked out during a joke involving the female anatomy.
VA5 was a true way to end an era, funny as hell, clever as all get out. I'm going to see it again and again next week. I want to say thank you Kevin Smith for bringing us milk and honey. You reek of awesomness!!!!
