I have been a movie fan for quite some time, and a fan of your work since Clerks, and this had to be the best reward a movie geek could ever get!
It was great to have a million inside jokes that only fans are going to get thrown out like that... I hope that this doesn't bite you on the ass in the long run! I am definitely going to have to catch this one a second and third time just to catch all the sight-gags, and I am sure I will laugh just as hard each successive time. It honestly felt to me, and if the reactions from the packed theater I was in were any indication everyone else as well, that the movie was made 'for me.' I don't know how else to explain it... it was great. Two thumbs up, and thanks for being such a cool writer/director.
Also, it never ceases to amaze me how Affleck and Damon continue to not take themselves so seriously. Says a lot about them as people I think.
God this is rambling and fan-boyish... -shudder- Oh well. Thanks for doing what you do!
