just a kind of joke on the coincidence.
Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't think Kev planned on trying to sue, and I didn't think Kevs fans were SERIOUS about him doing it.
Of course I've been called naive, but I just figured everyone involved..well except Burton at this point (what a silly assed thing for him to say) were smarter than that.
