Why are people ignorant? Now, THAT is a good question.
I was at work the other week, I bus tables and while I was in the bar, one of the bartenders, female, asked if I could start stacking the glasses up or something.

I really wanted to hit the guy. To scold him. To stop the man from saying it in the future.I wanted to beat it out of him, so with the fist contacting with his face, he would KNOW, why it was a stupid and wrong thing to say. But does that ever work? No. I just walked away. He was drunk anyway. Maybe he didn't mean it.
So, where I am going with this is- Why?

I'm really just worked up over all this stuff, and after reading that big thread that vincent started I wanted to also say something.
