Well, the commercial ran on Fox 32 in chicago. Considering it's a major market, one would think that things would be checked. I work at a newspaper in the advertising department, and we triple-check our movie ads... It's a seriously big deal because if a station or newspaper fucks up a movie ad, or any ad for that matter, if the agency chooses, they dont have to pay for the ad. Now, you're talking about a 30 sec. spot during prime time in a high-rated show. That's a LOT of money.
Now, considering that there hasnt been any answer from official sources, Im going to continue to ask until there is a definate answer. At least until wednesday. :)
