I am an old gay man(48 in gay years... well, Willard Scott wished me happy birthday on Gay Today - I need a special visa to pass through Chelsea... enough already).
While I abhor homophobia and think that all forms of discrimination based on anything to do with sex (as long as animals and children are not involved) should be denounced, I have a problem with so many of the leaders of the gay community. They are humorless. Just like the goody-goody assholes we all hated in high school. Because of their lack of humor they can't see the difference between satire and bigotry.
The well-intentioned people at GLAAD haven't learned the fine art of choosing their battles. That they would target you is proof of this. There is so much real hatred and discrimiation to fight, why waste energy quibbling with our friends.
Whatever those self-important twits say, I'm with you.
And by the way: In your post you say "the only reason I never dabbled in homosexuality when I was younger was because I wouldn't know what to say to a guy after he blew a load in my mouth"...
A bit of advice on gay sexual etiquette:
Every time a guy blows a load in my mouth, I just say "thank you".
