Strangey enough, I find the pinheads thing the most disturbing. My kids have never seen Tod Browning's "Freaks," of course, but I HAVE, so when they come around the corner, point at me and screech "One of us, one of us!" then run away giggling, it unnerves me almost as much as when I first bought my son toy lightsabers and he insisted that I reenact the finale of "Empire" with him: "Now, CUT OFF MY HAND, Daddy!" "Luke, I am your father!" "NOOOOOOOOO! Noooooo ..."
