hi my name is keith im about to get out of the army and i want to pursue directing and making my own movies. i have already written 3 scripts/screenplays. enough about me let me get to the questions on my mind.
1. when shooting your movies did you rent or purchase the equipment such as ligths, cameras and all the other production needs?
2. if you did rent the equipment i was wondering if you could please tell me where i would be able to find some equipment to rent for myself and my crew?
3. if you bought i was hoping you could tell me where a place is that i also could do that?
4. where can i buy filmstock?
5. do you feel that it is a must to attend any kind of film school to be successful in your line of work or business?
thats all i have right now i would appreciate any help or info on these questions and anything else you can think of that would help me in the long run
