As for Jay & Bob my theory is Jay tried to pork Bob one drunken night long ago (not that Jay is gay but he'll do anything), but being Catholic, Bob threw cold holy water on him and shriveled his balls. It was a traumatic incident. So now, Bob sits across the room smoking and making eye contact with Jay while he fucks nasty ho's. He also helps Jay out by throwing him signals, you know like a catcher does to a pitcher -- move left, move right, fastball, work the curve. And they're both fulfilled.
