Why I didn't like Drawing Flies that much. The flick takes place in the forest, but it's in black and white. I guess you could argue that the B&W makes it moodier, but I didn't get that from watching it. I think a movie set in the forest like that should have been in colour. Of course, that would have cost extra but, since the flick was shot in Canada, they might have been able to get the government to pitch in a little.
I also find it somehow "wrong" when American actors play Canadian characters. The accents just aren't quite right. I don't think they teach how to do a Canadian accent in acting school. It really is more than just putting "eh" at the end of every third sentence and saying "aboot" a lot.
