: And secondly, any similarities between Seinfeld and The Drew Carey Show are either entirely superficial or the result of the fact that Drew Carey (like almost every sitcom about single friends currently on the air) ripped off most of its elements from Seinfeld lock, stock and tomahawk (tell me that the name "Kramer" wasn't bandied about all over the place when Ryan Stiles' character was conceived and cast).

: Of course, there exists a major dissimilarity that really drives a wedge between the two shows and dwarfs every one of the minor comparisons - Seinfeld is one of the funniest shows ever made and Drew Carey is unfunny drivel. And yeah, that's technically nothing more than my opinion, but within the confines of my brain, it's an etched-in-stone fact.

: I never pass up an opportunity to champion the genius of Seinfeld, even if doing so pushes the bug further up Smalls' ass.

Boy do I love Seinfeld. If intelligent Brian ever becomes a popular TV show then Seinfeld comparisons will be drawn. Observe:
Jerry = Brian
George = Bobby
Kramer = Rupert
Elaine = Susan
Newman = Steve the giant rats guy
It happened by accident but its there. And Drew Carey is awful on Whose Line Is It Anyway. What was wrong with Clive Anderson?
