If women really do avoid posting on this board, it's posts like yours that do it... it honestly seems sometimes like the only way a woman gets respect from the general posting public is posting their photo and then "if they're hot" they get drooled over and are cut a carte blanche.
Jeez, man, good looks or not, this is some girl who's posted *twice*, each time only to attach a link to her resume, angling for a job. Hot or not, that's just plain lame.
