Bluntman & Chronic T shirts/Vulgarians Jersey

I just saw this pic on a poster-s site (Nikki235) and wondered if the if Bluntmand & Chronic shirts would become available again...I want them! :)

Also, why is the Vulgarians jersey a different design in Mallrats than the one sold?? I think the original one is on the wall there.
