Just so long as it's not "I Did it All for the Nookie".
Bless you for not losing your mind all over the Stash. I couldn't handle being in the same vicinity as Kevin, honestly. Mewes I would be like "Hey what's up crazy man". Meeting any other celebrity wouldn't be a problem. But I swear, put me anywhere near Smitty and I'm going to catch the spirit and start babbling in tongues. Not gonna let that happen if I can help it, it wouldn't be cool.
I've had very few brushes with celebrity...met Spike Lee briefly, years ago, on Martha's Vineyard. I didn't really know who he was then. I've been to Dave Matthews' house, but he wasn't home. I can't think of a celebrity I really want to make out with, but I WOULD pay money to see Lynch make out with Jason Priestley.
Guess I'll have to wait a few years for the careers to go downhill, but we all have our dreams...

Spike Lee totally didn't want to talk to us until my half-African cousin started speaking to him in Swahili.
: Not only with a boombox over his head; there are qualifications involved. I mean, a guy could show up outside my window blasting Insane Clown Posse, and that wouldn't the best way to get me to run out to him with arms outstretched.
: I also have an almost entirely male circle of friends, and have all my life. A few female friends here and there, most of whom pass in and out of my life fairly quickly. I may not understand men, but I get along with them better, I guess.
: I feel that however unlikely it is that you'll hook up with your celebrity of choice, ever, there's still that little kernel of hope that lives on in you. Until they get married, anyway. *sigh* I hate it when that happens.
: My brushes with fame... well, like I said, went into the Stash while Kevin and Jay were working, and freaked totally. It was almost entirely internal, and very quiet, but a total freaking nonetheless. I met Davy Jones when I was 12. I met Chuck Mangione; not by choice, but just because I was working for his record label at the time. My cousin was on Star Trek: TNG a few times. I've met all the relevant members of Rockapella, and all the members of the Smithereens. I can't claim to have made out with anyone even as close to celebrity-dom as a cameraman, though.
