It's very 80's, no getting past that. But since I like that sort of thing, it doesn't bother me. And there are jokes in there that I'm pretty sure you didn't get when you were 10 that you'll get, now. It's survived pretty well, really, as far as humor goes. The music's still really, really 80's, though. The stuff that wasn't Gilbert & Sullivan, that is.
Sunset Blvd. did nothing for me, but that's just me. I didn't like the story all that much. Give me anything by Fosse, though, and I'm a happy camper.
