From what I've heard, while you are having anal sex with a girl, you punch her as hard as you can in the kidneys before you come, so her asshole will tighten up, thus helping you climax.
Very similar is the Bronco Buster, except after you have come in her ass, you punch her in the back of the head, knocking her unconscious, and then leave.
