Why in the fuck is VULGAR going out unrated??

I figured if Lion's Gate bought the film they'd at least want to make money on it. Unless there's fear of it getting an NC17... if it did, would u not be allowed to release it unrated??

Also, did Lion's Gate buy Vulgar from Bryan or View Askew? I know this may seem kinda dumb, but I'm wondering who get's payed for this and how the fuck a production company makes any money if they don't own the films.

Not trying to be dumb, just curious about shit...!:)
