Create 2 "skus" or product codes or whatever you use. One for FRONT SIGNED one for BOOKLET SIGNED.
Have a radio button choice on the product page before the cart, that choice will dictate which product goes into the cart.
I suppose you can use the rough percentage of the responses here to see how many of each you should do before hand.. Just from glancing,it looks to be a 70-30 split, with the 70 going to FRONT.
