To be fair, the fountain was disgusting - all slimy and gross on the bottom. When I went to go in, someone shoved me from behind and I went in off-balance, and slipped on the slimy stuff. Nearly cracked my skull open, except that I'm a really good swimmer. It was also all full of cheap champagne, and it was NOT a warm day (what May day in Ithaca is?); bright and sunny, yes, but very breezy indeed. We froze our butts off when we got out! But I wouldn't trade the experience for the world, I really wouldn't.
They banned fountain jumping, they banned the Midnight Scream (with good reason, but MAN was that a good release during finals week)... what the hell are they trying to do, make Ithaca something other than an infamous party school? The bastards....
Gotta love IC, though - they showed Clerks in the Textor theatre shortly after its release. I didn't make it, because I was... well, in a lower quad bathroom puking my brains out from smoking up in the woods behind the Towers and then running all the way to the lower quad, actually. But I was really pissed that I missed it.
