On the website of one of my favorite bands, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, ( http://www.azpeacemakers.com ) a conversation came up about how Roger Clyne has recently changed his physical appearance, and he now seems to somewhat resemble Jesus Christ. The conversation was all pretty fun and innocent, and then this:
papa bear said; " i don't know about Jesus, but maybe Jason Lee's character from "Almost Famous" except, of course, Jason has absolutely nothing on Roger. Hey Cameron Crowe! next time you do a movie on rock, get a real rocker, not some washed up, over the hill skater who went the acting route just 'cause he couldn't hack it anymore. Of couse, if Roger WAS in the movie, we would'nt give a rat's ass about the lead guitarist, so the main conflict in the story would change... what's the subject again? heh,heh,heh"
