He who does not have the Son, does not have life." : : I don't believe that, in the majority of the cases, the Bible was written by... directly or indirectly... God so these things aren't truth to me. The Bible, as my research says it, was written and rewritten by people who were at best philosophers trying to explain ethics and creation in terms accessable to the illiterate and short-lived... and at worst, written and rewritten by blind-eyed zealots and the power-mad. : : You apply an infallibility to the Bible and those of certain traditions who claim to speak for God.
