I used to think he was very cool in my youth, but when I saw "Under the Cherry Moon" it became clear he was going to fall the way of Michael Jackson if he wasn't careful... All that prancing around didn't look too good in the nineties!
Plus I saw him in an interview and he clearly was trying to keep his persona alive, nothing real to it at all. Was he down to earth in real life or was he really up his own arse like he comes across in interviews?
I know you said he was cool, but I can't help wondering why he keeps trying to put this big fake looking personality on screen instead of being more himself...
