In the Viewaskewniverse there were only three issues of Blutman & Chronic published plus an annual - The cover with LaFours on was #1, the one with Chronic crashing through a window was #2 and the one with Bluntman holding a dead Chronic was #3 (the final issue). The annual is only ever mentioned once in a throwaway line and we therefore don't see the cover!!! As for the Oni Double Feature B&C story - my guess is it's none of the issues because the upcoming Bluntman & Chronic book is going to be a collected edition of the three Holden & Banky produced comics (of course this is flawed because in the film their art is done by Mike Allred and now Micheal Avon Oeming is doing the art chores... but don't get me started on that!!!).
As for the Fly Fat Ass Fly shirt - if it's the white shirt with Jay & Bob on the front in black and white (drawn by Mosier) then it's in the Amy section because it's the shirt Banky wears at the comic convention at the beginning of that film!!!
