The other reason I wouldn't mind is because this is the fucking INTERNET...it doesn't affect my life outside this board if someone striving for acceptance, who doesn't know me and has never seen me, points out the foibles of my alias/handle.
It affects something, pooky, you don't sound so good, but nothing a couple of "LOL's" can't fix.

Here you don't matter, when you're not here you don't matter either. I think it's going a little overboard calling me obese just like it's way overboard if someone calls you remotely funny. Attacking my personal appearance is the way to go, isn't that how all of the smart and funny people do it? Especially the ones the internet that don't take anything to heart.
