i was reading the cast list for A Better Place [which I am eagerly awaiting on DVD] and i notice that the ferret's name is Cimino. now, this is probably covered in the film [which i haven't seen cuz i'm a loser] and has ALSO probably been covered on the board, but i didn't see it that time. so, just for my curiosity, is the ferret named after Micheal Cimino, director of Deer Hunter, the second best vietnam movie ever. after Full Metal Jacket. Apocolypse Now can eat my ass! [except for the last hour]

also, i'm buying a new video camera this year, and i want the best one i can possibly get, but i keep hearing different points of view. i've heard digital 8 is best, i've heard strait up DV is best. i was curious what the best video camera, quality wise AND feature wise, that i can get was, and...you would be the man to ask.
